Location
Holy Saviour Church is 10 minutes walk from the railway station
and from the centre of Hitchin.
Holy Saviour District includes the area
of Hitchin known as ‘The Triangle’ and is primarily
residential. Within the District are St Andrew’s Church
of England Primary School, William Ransom County JMI School,
and Hitchin Girls School. There is a good tradition of music
and drama in the town, and the Benslow Music Trust, North Herts
Music School, the Queen Mother Theatre (home of the Bancroft
Players) and Woodside Hall (home of the Thespians) are located
in this area.
